A 3 tiered skirt with a contrast band of fabric at the bottom of each tier. Elastic waistline. Easy and quick construction using clear elastic to gather the tiers. Lace can be added if desired for added embellishment. Women's sizes 8-16.

5 yards per package for only $1.95. 3/8" wide. Stretch and sew through it to gather your tiers. For childs tiered skirt or women's 3 tier, use one package. For skirts with 5 or 6 tiers, use two packages.
